Grupo Emerge is a Brazilian real estate holding founded in 2019, operating 12 LTDAs across the northeast coast of Brazil. Headquartered in Fortaleza/CE, it develops, urbanizes and sells premium beachfront communities — over 1,200 hectares planned, with active developments across Ceará and Piauí states.
Emerge Global LLC is the US arm, registered in Wyoming under EIN 37-2236879. It exists for one reason: to make Brazilian coastal real estate accessible to buyers anywhere in the world — paid in EUR, USD or BRL, with US business banking via Mercury (Choice Financial Group · Member FDIC) and a brokerage license recognized in Brazil (CRECI-CE 18869J).
Our promise is simple. The lot is titled in your name. The deed is registered in a Brazilian notary. You can pay from your bank in any currency. The structure that makes this work — legal, fiscal, banking — is already built.
